Windows 10/11 with .NET Framework 4.8 or newer. Starts paused.
Choose the ten-keypress preset or a timer. Pause in the app or from the tray.
Settings and a small sound cache are stored automatically in AppData.

This release is unsigned, so Windows may show a publisher warning. Use Chirp on your own computer or with permission.
